These Terms & Conditions govern the use of Ricardian Academy’s website, demo classes, and paid programs. By participating, you agree to these terms.

We provide a 10-day demo class option. After completion, students may choose to enroll in the paid program.
3. Enrollment & Payments
- Fees must be paid in full (unless otherwise specified).
- All fees are non-refundable, including demo-to-paid transitions.
- Access will be granted only after successful payment confirmation.
4. Class Access & Usage
- Login credentials are personal and must not be shared.
- Recording, distributing, or sharing class materials without permission is prohibited.
- Violation may result in removal from the program without refund.
5. Learning Materials
All study materials, videos, and resources are the intellectual property of Ricardian Academy. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
6. Attendance & Performance
Progress depends on student effort. We do not guarantee results, ranks, or selection.
7. Platform & Technical Requirements
Students must ensure stable internet and device access. We are not responsible for network or device failure impacting class access.
8. Modification of Services
Ricardian Academy reserves the right to update schedules, content, or delivery platforms if required.
9. Termination
We may revoke access for policy violations, misuse of content, or inappropriate behavior.
